5-Day Clinical Immersion
These mentors will guide you through practical case planning, intra-operative decisions, and managing complications with confidence.
OVERVIEW
What will I learn from this program?
This is not a theory course.
The GOAT Full-Arch Externship is an intensive, hands-on surgical immersion program designed to transition clinicians from learning to performing full-arch implant dentistry with confidence.
Unlike traditional programs, this externship focuses on real patient treatment, where participants are actively involved in planning, surgery, and prosthetic delivery.
You will not just observe — you will perform, assist, and complete cases from start to finish.
What Will Be Covered
Through a structured combination of live surgery, hands-on execution, and guided mentorship, the following areas are covered:
- Patient assessment & case selection
- Treatment planning and workflow design
- Implant positioning — what, where, and why
- Immediate loading protocols
- Digital and analogue workflows
- Surgical placement techniques
- Full-arch prosthetic workflows
- Soft tissue management
- Achieving primary stability
- Managing complications
- Chairside and lab communication
- Final prosthetic delivery
Our Philosophy
Most overseas programs end when you leave.
This one begins when you return.
The GOAT Externship is built on one core principle:

Perform
Continue with Support
Participants will continue their journey with:
One-on-one mentorship
Real-time clinical support in their own practice
