Dr. Mitesh Sanghavi is an experienced full-arch implant clinicians — and one of the driving force behind GOAT Full Arch.

With over 20 years in practice and a clinical portfolio that spans complex implantology, All-on-X, and full mouth rehabilitation, Mitesh brings a combination of surgical depth and genuine teaching instinct to the program. He doesn’t just perform full-arch cases, he has built a career around helping other clinicians do the same.

Mitesh holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai; a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) specialising in Pedodontics and Preventative Dentistry from Bapuji Dental College; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology (PGDipDImplantology) from Charles Sturt University, Australia. His implant training journey continued through the full AIA Fellowship pathway — culminating in the ICOI Master designation — as well as the University of Buffalo School of Medicine’s Advanced Continuum in Dental Implantology.

As Founder and Lead Dentist of Incredible Smiles — a five-clinic group across South Australia — Mitesh performs full arch surgery in real practice conditions every week. That clinical reality is exactly what he brings to the GOAT teaching floor: not a polished rehearsal, but the honest, high-stakes craft of live surgery.

His goal at GOAT Full Arch is simple: to give every delegate the clinical confidence, surgical framework, and mentorship they need to take full-arch cases from theory to treatment chair — and to change the trajectory of patients’ lives in the process.

Dr. Joshua Smith is a distinguished implant and full-arch rehabilitation clinician, and Clinical Director of Gentle Dental Hervey Bay, one of Queensland’s most advanced dental facilities with on-site general anaesthetic services and a fully integrated in-house digital dental laboratory.

As a Premium Provider for All-on-4 Plus®, he has successfully completed hundreds of full-arch implant rehabilitations, with a particular focus on complex, immediate-load, and digitally driven workflows.

Having completed multiple advanced, multi-module implant training programs and rigorous comprehensive implant education, Dr. Joshua Smith brings deep expertise across surgical, prosthetic, and digital planning aspects of full-arch treatment.

Dr. Samuel Gidaro is the Principal Dentist and owner of The Dental Practice in Burwood, NSW, where he has been serving the Inner West community since 2008. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology at the University of New South Wales, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Sydney, later completing a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants).

Dr. Brijesh Rohitkumar Mandli is a distinguished dentist with over a decade of experience, specializing in advanced oral implantology. His extensive expertise includes dental implants and all on 4/6, digital dentistry, full arch restorations, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Mandli’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from GDCH, Jamnagar in 2010, followed by multiple fellowships and diplomate certifications in oral implantology from prestigious institutions globally.

Dr. Mandli is proficient in four-handed chairside dentistry and routine restorations. His technical skills extend to advanced intra-oral techniques and digital workflows, which ensure precision in full mouth reconstructions and cosmetic procedures. His commitment to continuous learning is evident from his ongoing pursuit of a Second Level Master’s Program in Surgery in Implant Dentistry from UniCamillus,International University of Health and Science, Rome.
